dronAccess Electronic Services Terms Version 2026-08-24.1, effective from 24 August 2026. Editorial update: 30 August 2026. Version: 2026-08-24.1 SHA-256: 59861f4c00a2cea4e8df91837c1a59ee99c2644cd0a42b58d6946b071519ba68 1. General These Terms govern free use of dronAccess.pl by directory visitors and registered drone operators. The provider is ForceFlow Solutions Kamil Grykałowski. Contact: kontakt@dronaccess.pl or the postal address below. 2. Directory only dronAccess is an information directory. It does not accept jobs, collect bids, select contractors, set dates or prices, process payments or confirm completion. Clients and operators make their own arrangements outside the service. 3. Electronic services and contract formation Services include public search, profile viewing, controlled contact reveal and reports, as well as operator registration, authentication, profile editing, photo uploads, up to three profile videos, private-document uploads, moderation and notifications. Technical video limits are shown in the upload form. Submitting the form starts registration but does not yet conclude a contract. With email-and-password registration, the indefinite free-account contract is concluded when the email address is successfully confirmed. On first sign-in with Google, the contract is concluded when the operator expressly accepts these Terms on the dronAccess screen. A profile remains a draft and becomes public only after submission for review and administrator approval. 4. Technical and security rules An up-to-date JavaScript-enabled browser, necessary session cookies, Internet access and an active email address are required. Users must protect credentials. Bypassing security, contact scraping, overloading, impersonation and interference with code or data are prohibited. 5. Account and operator status An account may be created by an adult acting for themselves or by a person authorised to represent a business or another operator. The operator must truthfully state whether they act as a business, under a lawful small-scale non-registered activity regime, or privately. dronAccess does not certify tax or business status. Operators remain responsible for registrations, taxes, insurance, qualifications and the legality of their services. 6. Publication and moderation Profiles may be drafts, pending review, published, returned for correction, restricted or suspended. Where electronic contact details are known, a material restriction is accompanied by a clear statement covering its scope, principal facts, the legal or contractual ground, any material use of automation and available redress. Further details appear in the Content Reporting and Moderation Procedure. 7. Directory filters and profile order Only published profiles that have not been excluded from public presentation appear in the Directory and search results. Service, language, nationwide coverage, location, radius and reviewed-document filters determine whether a profile qualifies for the results. After filtering, profiles are currently ordered by publication date, newest first, and then by a stable technical identifier where dates are equal. Distance and document review do not currently improve position. dronAccess does not offer paid priority, sponsored profiles or undisclosed promotion. 8. Indicative price list Operators may optionally create a price list with no more than eight items and no promotion, discount or struck-through-price mechanism. Amounts are indicative and shown in Polish zloty as gross prices or as an individual quote. The price list is reviewed independently from the profile: while a new version is under review, the last approved version remains public and is replaced only after moderator approval. Operators are responsible for keeping prices current, accurate and lawful. The final price, scope and conditions are agreed directly between the client and operator outside dronAccess. The price list is not an offer made by dronAccess, does not enable ordering or payment and does not affect directory ranking. 9. Prohibited content Illegal content, privacy or IP infringements, false credentials, spam, unjustified third-party data, threats, discriminatory content, malware and unrelated materials are prohibited. Reports follow the Content Reporting Procedure. 10. Verification A verified label only records the stated review of information or a document within the displayed scope and as of the relevant date. It may expire or be withdrawn. It is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee of identity, quality, insurance, solvency or legality of a particular flight. Clients must make their own checks. 11. Operator content and licence Operators retain copyright and ownership of descriptions, photographs, videos, logos and other submitted materials; dronAccess does not acquire ownership. Operators grant the provider a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence limited to recording, storing, encoding and transcoding videos, creating adaptive versions and thumbnails, technically adapting, resizing, displaying, making materials publicly available, and producing profile previews and sharing graphics, solely as necessary to operate, promote and secure the dronAccess profile. The licence ends when the material or account is deleted, except for the technically necessary expiry of caches and backups or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Operators confirm that they hold all required rights and permissions, including permissions of depicted persons. The provider may reject, hide or remove materials that breach law, these Terms, third-party rights, security requirements or moderation rules. 12. Liability The provider is responsible for its own electronic service under applicable law, but is not party to client-operator contracts and does not answer for their price, performance or outcome. Mandatory liability and consumer rights are not excluded. 13. Complaints Send service complaints to kontakt@dronaccess.pl with contact details, a description, date and requested solution. We normally respond within 14 days without undue delay. Reports about operator content follow the separate Content Reporting and Moderation Procedure. 14. Termination, withdrawal and deletion A consumer, or a sole trader where the contract is not professional in character, may withdraw without reasons within 14 days from contract conclusion — email confirmation or, for Google, acceptance of these Terms in the service. An unambiguous statement sent to kontakt@dronaccess.pl before the deadline is sufficient; an optional form is available at /en/odstapienie. A separate optional request may be used to start the free service early. Without it, the wizard opens after the withdrawal period. Starting this continuous free service alone does not remove the withdrawal right or create a payment obligation. The account may also be deleted at any time. 15. Changes A material change receives a new version and document hash, is archived and is communicated by email or another durable medium with appropriate notice. Continued profile management requires fresh express acceptance. Refusal does not restrict termination or account deletion. Purely editorial changes that do not affect rights or duties may not require re-acceptance. 16. Governing law and language Polish law applies. These Terms are available in Polish, English and Ukrainian. If the language versions differ, the Polish version prevails and is binding. This does not limit mandatory protections under the law applicable to a consumer, or access to courts and authorities. These Terms may be downloaded or printed. 17. External sign-in Operators may sign in with Google or link Google to an existing account. Google confirms the technical identity and supplies basic account data, in particular an identifier, name, email address and profile image where available. Google sign-in does not replace acceptance of these Terms or profile moderation. Sign-in methods can be managed in the dashboard; the last method cannot be disconnected. Administrator rights are never granted from Google data. 18. DronAccess Brief DronAccess Brief is the service’s information section and publishes original, concise coverage of regulations, airspace, ULC, PANSA and EASA notices, qualifications, safety, equipment, technology and the operator business. Materials are based on publicly available official, institutional, manufacturer and industry sources; the service provides its own summary, practical commentary and source link rather than reproducing a full third-party publication. AI tools may assist with selection, classification, summarisation, drafting, translation and relevance assessment, but never publish by themselves. Every item is approved before publication by an administrator who remains responsible for the final text. Brief is for information only and is not legal advice, an official authority notice, an assessment of a particular operation or a source of current airspace information. Users should verify the primary source. External sources and their availability may change, and the service may update or correct its coverage. Errors can be reported through the link beside an item or at kontakt@dronaccess.pl. 19. dronAccess Deals dronAccess Deals is an informational equipment catalogue and offer comparison service. Prices, availability, delivery costs, compatibility and technical data may change and must be confirmed with the retailer or manufacturer. The service is not a seller, a party to a transaction or a guarantor of price or product compatibility. Some outbound links are affiliate links; dronAccess may receive a commission after a purchase without increasing the user’s price or affecting offer order. Regulatory information is general and is not legal advice. 20. Drone service price calculator The calculator is a free informational tool. Based on selected parameters and aggregated, publicly available pricing data, it presents an indicative range and typical value. The result is not an offer, binding quote, recommended rate or price guarantee and does not replace an operator’s individual assessment. The actual cost depends in particular on scope, location, operational conditions, equipment, timing, travel, required permissions, tax and the expected deliverable. The calculator does not enable ordering or payment; the client and operator agree final terms outside dronAccess. Calculation parameters and results are not stored. Sources, aggregation, confidence and limitations are described on the methodology page.
