Content reporting and moderation procedure

Submitting a report

Use “Report profile” on the public profile. Identify the category, provide a contact email and explain precisely what is allegedly illegal, where it appears and why. The form identifies the profile location. Confirm in good faith that the report is accurate and complete, or email kontakt@dronaccess.pl.

Required information

A report should identify specific content, provide factual or legal grounds, contact details and a good-faith statement. If acting for another person, explain your authority. We may request missing information but will not require data irrelevant to the case.

Review

A human reviews reports with regard to the rights of all parties. We may retain, restrict, request correction, suspend or remove content, considering precision, evidence, context, applicable law and proportionality.

Decision notice

We electronically acknowledge receipt of a valid notice without undue delay and inform the reporter of the outcome. Where operator contact details are known, a restriction is accompanied by a clear statement covering its scope and duration, principal facts, whether it followed a notice or own-initiative review, the legal or Terms ground, material use of automation and available redress. Reporter identity is not disclosed without a legal basis.

Reconsideration

A reporter or operator may request reconsideration within six months by emailing kontakt@dronaccess.pl with the case reference, disputed decision and reasons. A human reviews the request and, where practical, someone not involved in the first decision handles it. This does not limit access to courts, authorities, a certified out-of-court dispute body or other remedies where applicable.

Contact point

The moderation and reporting contact point is kontakt@dronaccess.pl. Communication is available in Polish or English and, where practicable, Ukrainian. Authorities may use the same address and should provide their legal basis and authentication details.

Abuse and retention

Automated spam and manifestly unfounded repetitive notices may be restricted. Open reports remain until closure; resolved reports are normally retained for 3 years for accountability and claims, subject to the central retention policy and ongoing proceedings.

Urgent matters

For an immediate threat or suspected crime, first contact emergency services or the relevant authority. This form is not an emergency channel.
