Profile publishing rules
Updated: 11 August 2026.
Business or private operator
The name, declared status, description, services, area and contact details must concern a real operator and must not mislead. A private operator must not imply that they are a business, and a business must not conceal its status. Each operator is responsible for lawful paid activity, taxes and other applicable obligations. Do not publish private third-party data.
Images and marks
Upload only your own materials or materials you may lawfully use, with required permissions from depicted people. Do not imply non-existent partnerships. Generated or materially altered content that could mislead a client must be clearly identified.
Credentials
Verification documents are private. Only an approved credential type and, where relevant, validity information are shown publicly, never its number or scan. False or altered documents are prohibited and expiry or change must be reported promptly.
Contact and location
Operators choose whether to publish phone or email. The exact base address and exact coordinates remain private. An optional displaced point may be shown and can be disabled without losing the profile. Do not use a third party's address without a proper basis.
Service and flight descriptions
Descriptions must match actual capabilities. Do not guarantee a flight without accounting for weather, airspace, permissions, site restrictions and operation-specific requirements. Price, date and scope are agreed outside dronAccess.
Moderation and verification
We check completeness, consistency, safety and compliance and may request evidence or corrections. Publication and verification do not transfer responsibility to dronAccess and are not an endorsement or guarantee of quality or legality of a particular flight.
Updates
Operators must promptly update their professional status, contact, offer, area, document validity and other material facts. An outdated profile may be restricted pending clarification.
